Something similar to Rat Race (film starring Rowan Atkinson and others) would be phenomenal - but that uses different modes of transport! (Not too sure where we would get a helicopter either!!!)

Probably the easiest to do like. Just needs a couple of us to get our heads together and come up with a list of about 50-60 things (keep people occupied that way!). Different ones are worth more points than the others.
