I'd assume - given that the service is fully secured as far as I know - those parties who have tendered the service will have full control on fare structures and the acceptance of Go North East tickets? Therefore, it would be a bad call by those parties opposed to Go North East, who would have little to no control over this, and could only put forward mere suggestions.
