Am I right when I say the Stockton ones are for local services? I was told by Keiron Bains that the Pulsars used to be Stockton's local vehicles, but it seems to have swapped. The odd one creeps out onto the X2 (albeit the last one I saw was about 3 months ago! ) but it's like seeing a Sapphire off the 7 - it's only happened a few times!
