From what I've been told by a lot of Chester's drivers, and from personal experience - it's at it's busiest in the morning from when it starts up until about the 10:40 arrival in Chester. Throughout the rest of the afternoon it seems like the former 65.
A lot of passengers on mornings appear to people going to college or school, a lot of whom seem to buy day tickets or day savers.
