An new M3X would be introduced, hourly, between Chester and Coach Road Estate. It would operate via Portmeads, Ayton, Lambton, Washington, Teal Farm, Peel and Concord. M2/M3 would be shared between Washington and Chester, with the M3X being operated by Chester.
