Request the driver's view CCTV under the DPA. They're saying the bus was on time, and you're saying you were at the stop (I'm not saying you weren't by the way!
), so you would be on that CCTV footage at the date/time you give and have a right to request it as your data. The beauty is that the footage is timestamped.
