I doubt 15 minutes Newcastle to Heworth would be doable unless it did Gateshead High Street instead of the Interchange - would only add a few minutes though. Other than that, thanks for your feedback!

18 Minutes on the X9/X10 from Eldon Square to Heworth, but I used your example from Pilgrim/Market Street which would then take off that 3 Minutes and it wouldn't serve Gateshead High Street either hence the 15 Minutes. Apologies I should of explained a little better.
