Just a thought you could have the X25 go via Eighton Banks and Oxclose to Washington Galleries, then onto the Motorway to the turn off at the top of Ayton (Where the Holiday Inn is) and along Portbello to Birtley then normal route to Langley Park.
It would reinstate the old X6 Link Between Langley Park and Washington... Probs a bad example, i'll come up with something better.
