Might be worth Go North East having a look at, particularly for the B7TL Geminis in the Fleet, Even if added to Older Vehicles like the Tridents, it could potentially boost the Vehicles Value when Sold to another Operator etc.
I'd imagine that local councils and indeed the local operators always bid for funding to implement 'greener' systems within their fleets.
As you say, the operators ultimately reap the rewards at the end of the day when it comes to the disposal of these vehicles...
