Any service changes are down to Nexus though; as such, I think it would be more appropriate to e-mail Nexus with concerns or ideas for improvements regarding these services? Go North East is no more than a middle man, and I think Drifter60 stands a better chance of getting his message across by e-mailing Nexus directly.
