Tried looking at the bus, but with the first one in the morning (leaving here 0938) I don't get there until 1330 - I'd rather not be travelling 8 hours.
Call me stingy (I know it is quite a good distance by train) but I'd rather not - especially after having travelling on the train today, and will be on the Tyne Valley diversions for the next couple of weekends. There'll be next time...
