I'm not really a fan of Halloween as some teenagers think its funny to frighten vulnerable people, such as the elderly. My nana told me that if they caused trouble, nobody will be able to identify them due to their masks and costumes.
Though, one thing I have always liked about Halloween is the "Halloween Disco" that my primary school held every year.
I went when I was about 4 up until 7, then I got a bit sick of going out in the freezing cold to knock on doors that weren't going to be opened by half the people on my estate!
You'd be amazed at how many people do trick or treat on our estate though, just because people think it's a nice estate - people assume everyone who lives in it has crates of sweets to dish out.
I normally take over the role of the innkeeper for Halloween these days: at 14, I am a retired trick or treatist. I always ask if they live on the estate, and if they don't, I shut the door. My neighbours would do so to, it's just complete beggary!
