Been busy so forgot to mention 23 was regulated around 2pm yesterday. Waited 30 mins for one whilst two normal allocations went past not in service.

Imagine this was across the board as when I got the e2 from Seaburn station to Chichester someone said they waited for 30 mins for it. Unsure if that comment was true but bus driver was told not to operate in market in Shields on the radio.
