Same goes for those wanting to be in and out of Durham.
I personally think it's nothing but short sighted.
I also added the bit in about the other operators operating, I think they'll soon realise they need to do something if enough complaints bring this up...
The "sporting event" excuse is pretty poor if I'm honest as well, people need buses for more than that, however if Newcastle play at home next boxing day and they don't run any buses, you may want to send them that response back
