I've also been called a paedo for taking photos of buses, been followed by people who must have been on the top deck of a Lowlander saying "Beep beep, vroom vroom" over and over again whilst following me from town centre to a Premier store, when I tricked them into going into the Premier store when i stopped under a CCTV camera, then when they got into the Premier store, I bolted it back to my house! So, there you have it, don't take photos in Ashington, or you'll be called a paedo, even though I'm 13.
sorry for the smiley, I have not that term for years...When I was a teenager, a common insult was Bus Bummer or Bus Botter(a play on Bus Spotter)...When I was a nipper I was sometimes called timetable or leaflet
