There is clearly a greater demand for services receiving investment in Stockton, and hence the preferred option has been full sized single decks (Enviro300s.)
The 14 interworks with the 34, both get relatively full on mornings and evenings (several 34s have standees onboard)
Also, If you put smaller buses on the 10/11, it will prompt more people to get on the 12, as people may be worried about not getting a seat, which will also lead to that bus getting standees (ironically).
