Is this a permanent move or just a loan? I wonder if the 54-plates (22061-66) may be getting swapped with 03-plates?

Doubt that they would be swapped simply because the 54-plate MANs are a year and a half younger than their 03-plate counterparts. If this is a permanent swap then I would expect another more important reason .
