Primarily used in teaching/learning situations, it can also be used in industry when developing or motivating staff or members of the workforce.
It has been a while since I have came across it, but (apart from the usual role play activities...), it was useful.
Despite it being the weekend, I am now ploughing through all sorts of ideas and I am unable to switch off at all.
Any ideas how you can get an individual or group of people who have 'low level' thinking skills - showing knowledge and comprehension, to 'high level' - being able to apply, analyse, synthesise and evaluate ideas, data or theories, in a range of styles and methods?
I may be able to help. At uni, we covered Bloom back in late September/early October. I've been on the Learning Portal and found the associated documents that came along with that week. Please find some of them attached.
EDIT: There's also the actual lecture presentation, but unfortunately it's too large to attach.
