I still think you need to send at least one of the X21/22 through Nedderton, and that side of Bedlington. There is one massive estate, and the estate that the current 2 goes around. Also, going off what I was told by my friend (who lives in Bedlington) there is going to be a new housing estate built adjacent to the current big one, I'll try and sort out a Google Maps link.

Also, with regard to the Ashington Bus Station can't find it anywhere, are there any impression diagrams/ maps?
