2=F/E
3=E/D
4=C
5=B
6=B
7=A
8=A/A*
9=A*
(I think)
Edit: Just looked at the link Robert posted, and it looks like some grades may be slightly different to the ones I put in the list, not sure how it'll work if I'm honest
