Because the program is in black and white I scanned it using 'black and white text' rather than the 'colour photo' settings I usually use.
Looking through the program, it appears I was wrong in saying it was Sabu and Mikey's first UK visit. Sabu had previously appeared in the UK in 1995 however it was Mikey's UK debut.
