I agree with Tommy.
If you're not happy with the service you've received simply cancel. It's their loss not yours.
There should be a 'cooling-off' period stated within your contract - usually it's 14 days. It's unlikely the period has expired in your case so you might be able to cancel without incurring any penalties.
