After alighting the train at Newcastle, I went to catch a bus back to MetroCentre, not knowing the stands, I hopped on the number 10, I misread the number 10 as '100' just thinking that an E400 had been allocated to the 100.
I soon realised my mistake as my bus appeared to cross the A1, towards West Denton... not the MetroCentre.
That makes me laugh every time I remember it
We've all done it! I got distracted by a Versa on the 68 in St Annes, and ended up on my way to Preston rather than Blackpool as intended
