I remember listening to someone or reading saying WWE do stuff like that at house shows to gauge fan reaction...
One thing I would like to have seen would have been either a GB & Ireland faction with BNB, Sheamus, Neville and Finn Balor or a Euro stable with Rusev, Cesaro, also Stuart Tomlinson(Hugo Knox) and Tim Wiese from NXT and the ever delightful Paige somewhere in the mix...
Whether that would work or not, I dont know, but I suppose BNB and Sheamus are beyond being bogged down and tied to a faction of some kind
