With the 60, I would also do the old saltwell parks buses. Maybe a brand for the 9/5.

Weren’t they only just put in Corp2019 livery a year back prior to the Yutongs entering service?

Still with the contractor but both are now fully painted with route details applied to one of them.

Like the Coaster, that colour combo looks bright, fresh and appealing. Nice job.
How did the Red Kite Ranger end up with such dull drab colours.

I agree, all of the liveries that share the same colour in two different shades have far outstripped the sometimes gawdy combinations..

The refresh is excellent.

Some? I have never had a streetlite with a working piug socket. So I think it is most.

Also complain to GNE, like they are going to do something.

Rare, but I have to agree with you on this point.

Generally speaking, I do like these slogans on the bus rears, but it baffles me why you'd use that on this batch of buses, knowing the long standing issues with the sockets *not* working.

Newer batches with USB charging points work fine and I generally never have an issue with them. So I hope the sockets have been replaced (or permanently fixed) as part of the refresh process, if we're using slogans like that. Smile

Better than just saying ‘fruitful’ like one(?) of the Berries. Big Grin

It might as well promise a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow on board, because it's as likely to be available.

The thing that struck me as odd was the reference to wireless charging on the image to go with that strapline.

Even with the comments above and elsewhere, you've still got more chance of finding sockets that work as far as these Streetlites are concerned.

That's if I'm not mistaken of course. I haven't been on any of these Streetlites for a very long time! Perhaps an element of the 'upgrade' still to be completed?

Yeah never had a issue with Ex-Black Cats batch, or any buses with USB's not part of the Plug Socket except 6335.
It been a issue with 56 since 2014/5. And with everyone which have came. I do like how on the newer E400/Streetdecks the USB's are away from the plugs.

It's the same amount of work to install the seat-back wireless chargers as it is to install the USB sockets, so I wonder if they've decided the extra spend on the unit is worth it.
But, if that's the case, I would have thought they'd do the same on other refurbs

RE: Repainting of Coast & Country Streetlites
I am just going to put it in here...

But I might get hate for this but...I think GNE have more simplier and plainer logos, examples - Coast & County - Country Ranger (Not a bad livery but more simplier)
And just look at all the S&D's very simple with one Icon/Picture.

One of the best examples is the coaster how much that had changed.

However I would say there has been a few more complex ones which I like like Crusader.
