It's route branding? The Luton batch have also been branded, so evidently Arriva are happy to brand specific routes again. 

4502/9 at least are fully stickered up with no branding, so it may be that just a few will receive the route branding - unless 4502/9 have been done in error.

I. Think it looks well smart well presented for the service its intended for which is the x4 x4A

Presuming then with the branding taking place im guessing the envora will be out very very soon.
