Interesting for 1372, wonder if they knew about it in Merseyside or whether they were breaking their contracts down there for years. Believe anything subsidised in the city has to be E6 and newer than 10 year old.
It's a shame the North East don't do the same to force certain operators to get arid of their junk, as most of the decent independents wouldn't be affected by it.
