RE: Weardale
I think the Enviro 200 may now be in Weardale livery and to be used on the 7 Shildon - Spennymoor route and the Sprinter to go on Upper Dale part of 101. It's rumoured to be only 16 seats, so I don't know what'll happen to the 20+ passengers on a full holiday season morning run.

RE: Weardale
The Upper Dale part of the 101 (Stanhope - Cowshill) and the Rookhope 102 usually get 24 seat Solo Y6WMS whereas 27 seat V6WMS does 763/774 from Consett. The Sprinter will give better fuel consumption than a Solo, but like the previously used Bluebird and Sprinters used five years ago will be cramped and disliked by passengers.

Has the same problem as Arriva's E200s... Window surrounds are no longer black.

Other than that - very smart!

Our fleetlist confirms you're correct... Smile

RE: Weardale
Anybody have any details on the Weardale open day that is apparently happening this weekend at their Crook, Stanhope and Consett depots? My dad was talking to a Weardale driver tonight and he was on about it but didn't know of any times. Thanks

Would still love to do something like that with Weardale again. Photo opportunities were fantastic (can't believe the snow was so bad in March) and we had some marvellous rides.
