I'd just like to wish all fellow members, be they friend, foe or stranger, a very happy and prosperous 2016.
Some of you will have noticed that I now work for Scarlet Band, all i'm going to say is that it's nice to enjoy my job once more covering territory from my Arriva Bishop days.
Don't be shy if you see me, come and say hello, I don't bite!

I have to say i feel fresh as out
Currently trying to come up with some ideas of where I would like to go further afield for bus photos this year, as I haven't really done anything in a big city on my own before, I'm thinking of maybe revisiting Edinburgh around April sort of time as I went there with Adrian and Marcus back in September so I will probably feel more confident going round somewhere I've been before, but I will be on my own this time.
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year to everyone else...
Thanks for the support over the last 3 weeks, the messages of support, love and encouragement moved me to tears at one time and I speak for the family when I say we appreciate it.
Here is to a Happy 2016...I hope this year will be as good as 2015 was cruel...

I quite like visiting the West Yorkshire PTE area (Metro) - they do a day ticket valid on both bus and train for something like £8, the area is quite varied and its useful using the train to hop from town to town if you're unfamiliar with the area. You have Transdev in the west around Keighley, then First and Arriva everywhere else, plus a smattering of independents. Just don't take photos around bus stations!
