If it's results from the survey carried out last summer/autumn - I was asked!
There's some photos of the survey in the Passenger Focus thread.

Providing my form was delivered by the Royal Mail and processed by Transport Focus, my response will be amongst the feedback being dished out currently.

Currently on 6060 and its an absolute disgrace this bus is in service. All but a handful of upstairs seats are covered in a grass style mud covering.

There are crisps everywhere, bottles of wine rolling up and down the aisle. It stinks of urine both up and downstairs.

Genuinely shocked. Told driver and was met with resignation 'I know'

Absolutely appalling, both from GNE and its passengers

If I were you, I would take some photos (if possible) and send them to Customer Services, so there can be an investigation as to why that Hybrid couldn't be swapped over with one which returned to the depot earlier this evening and cleaned.

Unfortunate my rather useless S6 Edge was in ultra power saver mode so my camera was out of action.

A few folk took snaps. It's obviously been a malicious act to make that sort of mess so I'll report in the hope that GNE can track down the culprits. That smell of vomit (which I described as ritz crackers) was unreal.

I would expect details to go on Go North East's website at some point today, given that it will affect services from tomorrow.

One of those last minute things - details haven't even gone on Durham County Council's website yet (from what I can see anyway - I only did a quick search for 'Belmont') !

Is there a problem with the bus wash at Deptford, I keep seeing clean buses with a dirty stripe down the rear all in the same place.

I thought 6012 and 4 are the only flipdot ones left, oh well.

Poor controlled driving is the problem, not going slow enough for the brush to come around the rear of the vehicle.

I don't think it was confirmed that the solo's would be going to Percy Main, it was speculation.

The Solo's are currently getting re-trimmed at Saltmeadows.

The current 2 spare Solo's (older versions) from the Indigo North Tyne will probables go on the 42A.

I'm sure someone said the other day the smaller Solo's wouldn't be suited for the 333.

It was withdrawn because it required a new gear box(?) I believe someone mentioned that a while ago.

Anybody know why 9099 is at Saltmeadows?

More then likely getting cleaned etc for it's return to Optare which by my reckoning is around now as it's been over 4 months now.

Hopefully we see some being ordered. It be nice to see something different on the roads around here.
