I was hoping someone would tell me why a Crusader branded Citaro was on the X84/X85 recently. Anyone know?

The B9's from Consett is now allocated to the 26/27 (according to bustimes.org), so all the Crusader Citaro's are just hanging around - since they haven't been removed from service they'll probables end up on any service - more likely dupes for the time-being.

I'm probables wrong, so happy for someone to correct me

There probably aren't as many Rare and Odd workings reported on the forum anyway, as everything can be seen on Bustimes.org now. Instead of many different threads for each month, where there'll probably be 1 or 2 pages, maybe it'll be better if it's divided into seasons e.g. Autumn 2020.
