The return of Night Buses
The N21 is returning according to Nexus website from the 29th of May

I can't remember whether when they launched it they had it seven nights a week straight away or not.

Definitely in the period you mention, may have even been a year earlier.
Prestige's had been moved on to other routes by that point I think.

Think it was the ones that ended up on the 93/94 when the Omnicities arrived in 2007 and things turned pink.

I have a feeling it lasted until the pink Angel mess kicked inIt was at the same time as when they changed the numbering so that all the services were numbered 21 regardless of whether they were going to Durham to Waldridge Park. They later realised how ridiculous that was and numbered the Waldridge ones 22.

Surprised Go North East haven't released anything about it yet, they're normally early when they extend services etc.

(22 May 2021, 8:00 pm)atlantean560 wrote Dont think a Q3 night service would work, given stagecoach tried similar with the N39 and didnt really work. They could extend the evening service on Q3 to wallsend which would be a good idea I would use to get to the Ouseburn area.
