Looking on Bus Times it appears 1476-8 and 1509 are now working from Darlington and 2866/68 are now at Durham.
Does anyone know if 2824/34 have replaced anything at Stockton?

Also heard from a driver they are sending 2 buses at a time for repaint.

(17 Aug 2022, 6:51 pm)Storx wrote Wonder if it might to be to send more buses to refurb, now they can't rely on Blyth and have lost the Cadet. Blyth has been having big problems with the Gemini's the past few days for some reason and also as usual there's Enviro's and Solo's are off the road at Ashington.
(17 Aug 2022, 7:34 pm)mb134 wrote No it hasn't.
The Cadet, I believe, is covering for Euro 6 modifications and swapping between the depots as required. So if Blyth buses are getting done, it'll be at Blyth, and vice versa. Likely why the Gemini's have been VOR the past few days - 7628 has also been working for Ashington.
In terms of Ashington E400s VOR, 7516 hasn't tracked on Bustimes as itself for ages but is currently SP AN (having been 7518 for a couple of days), and 7526 is still away for refurb. Believe 7528 was involved in an RTC. 7511 is off for engine work I think, unsure on 7552/53/55.

(18 Aug 2022, 11:39 am)mb134 wrote Caught it on a 48 a few weeks ago, and it was beyond gutless.
Seems to be a trend of vehicles leaving Durham to other depots in a complete state, or going to Durham and being killed within a couple of weeks having been absolutely fine beforehand.
(18 Aug 2022, 11:52 am)Kuyoyo wrote And they’ll be getting it in the same gutless condition when the X12 turns go back to Durham (atm planned for October - at the same time Stockton’s PVR increases with local work restored). Stockton’s engineering team aren’t prepared to pay the cost of the parts required when it’s only intended to be here for a short period of time.
(18 Aug 2022, 1:08 pm)peter wrote So from October is it expected that the 2/2a in Darlington, X66/67 and 8/15 will go back to their normal timetables? With the X66 going back to Darlington, X12 and 7 boards back to Durham?
(18 Aug 2022, 2:21 pm)Kuyoyo wrote No
Stockton’s 8 and 15 will revert to their previous frequency of every 10 minutes - also led to believe the 7 will be extended to Kirklevington at the same time. Hence why 1534/5/6 are in various different stages of being reinstated for service (understand 1534 now has an MOT having put in for test yesterday - but not yet taxed)
The X66 as it is now is how it will stay - every 20 minutes operated by Stockton.
The 2 boards on the X12 currently being covered by Stockton are intended to revert to Durham operation at the time of the Teesside changes - however, there’s a long time between now and then, things could change.
