Hey everyone,
I think I lost my earbuds case on one of the buses yesterday. I put a request in but I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a way to quicken the process? Or if anyone knows if there's somewhere you can go and visit - like a customer service desk or something?

If it's something that looks like it's worth anything, I'd guarantee it's been taken by another passenger.
A few years back my wallet fell out of my pocket on the 21, and despite knowing exactly where I lost it, and going back to that bus, and it being handed into the driver and seeing it in their bag, they wouldn't give it back to me because they didn't know it was mine. Even though it had my photo ID in it.
I had to wait until it was handed in to the depot, so I had to traipse all the way to CLS again the next day to pick it up.
Ironically, because it had my photo ID in it, I couldn't prove who I was, so they just asked me what cards were in the wallet, then checked the photo ID that was in it! If the driver had just done that in the first place I wouldn't have been out an extra £5!

Hope it didn't belong to the driver and rolled down the bus ..... would make him/her £1.86 short paying in.......( Only joking.....I hope)
