Seeing this reminded me of the other day, when I saw a white Versa on the 78.
Just a few moments in front of that, was a 2 in corporate (also a Versa).
Mere seconds in front of that, was a 2a (also a Versa, but in one of the S&D colours).

Corporate identity? Desire being created? 
Not a chance. 
Just a hotch potch of buses in various different colours - supposedly operating in sync, along a competitive corridor.

Whenever a Solo is put on routes where there needs to be a full sized single decker its always cosy. The 60, the 9, the 24 etc. Its busy.

Yeah but all the way to the A690/A1 junction. 

Driver must have missed a turn or smth, tho the roadworks on the A690 are causing a pain, espeically coming on at Houghton.

Looks like 3962 has transferred to Percy Main. Was on the 1 this morning briefly, but replaced by an Omnidekka at Percy Main on the way to Metrocentre.

Sounds to me like there’s a cruise ship in so most of the Streetlites will be in use on shuttles for that - this is very common for this time of year, no coincidence that Percy Main are receiving a large number of the ex-London Euro 6 Volvo B9 (fitted with Wi-Fi and next stop announcements, matching the customer specification of the Streetlites).

I find it odd that the 4 and 8 have a board that now interworks. People must be confused seeing Little Pinks and Connections4 buses turn up in places like stanley.

They don’t really interwork. The bus does the 8 all day and does one scholars dupe on the 4 on a morning and afternoon.

Its like a green arrow turning up in Sunderland, or a Drifter in Jarrow, or Loop at South Sheilds, branding doesn't matter it should but it doesn't.
