Just because it hasn't been sighted for a few days doesn't mean it's off for a repaint. Could be awaiting the arrival of parts for it to be repaired.

Additionally with regards to the Midnight Blue livery, it seems it's still at a trial stage considering Yutongs are being delivered in the 2020 livery and the latest repaints have also been into the 2020 livery with the last E400 in beachball livery been painted (19675).

Aside from accident damage or special liveries (as carried by 26282 (Transit) and 26293 (Pride). I cannot forsee any of the ADL Enviro 200MMCs at Stockton paying a visit to the paintshop anytime soon.

The priority for repaints is likely the 2 Enviro 400s that have the Megabus adverts (19432 and 19435), the remaining E200 Dart (36477). Then you have the remaining members of the 106xx ADL Enviro 400MMCs and remaining 260xx ADL Enviro 200MMCs in Newcastle. And any Enviro 300s that remain in beachball livery. Not sure whats happening with the remaining MAN / ADL Enviro 200s that are still in Beachball livery plus anything that has major panal repairs is likely to jump the queue too.

Anyway if you want to see Enviro 200MMCs in the 2020 livery, get the bus up to Newcastle. I'm sure one of the 6 will be out. Or alternatively there is plenty of photos of them on the internet. I have two albums on Flickr covering both long and short versions of the type and in various liveries.
Long 26xxx can be found here - https://www.flickr.com/photos/gjm-photog...5620348523
(Beware 26xxx also contains DAF SB220 single deckers as they originally used that numbering series)
Short 37xxx can be found here - https://www.flickr.com/photos/gjm-photog...0945851586
(37xxx also contain standard E200 Darts)

For anyone interest, I do have Stagecoach divided up into fleetnumber series as well as operating areas. The main index is below.

Who needs heroes anyway? Villians have more fun.

26290 has indeed departed for repaint - confirmed by staff working at Stockton depot. It was used on the UTC run the other day already prepped for repaint.

As for the local/Slate Blue painting confusion - as I understand it, Local is now discounted and the Slate Blue base has been accepted as the new livery. What is still on-trial is the vinyls for the new livery - if people have not noticed from the Yorkshire repaints, each one is different in how the fleetnames and any additional vinyls have been applied.
As to why the Yutongs are in local, easy answer - they were in-build months ago prior to the decision to change the livery hence delivery in local colours.

I think what he meant was that there had been a suggestion it might have been repainted into the slate blue livery, rather than Stagecoach local.

It's still in trial stages. Was speaking to one of the marketing people earlier in the week and she said Stockton's will likely be delivered in the Midnight Blue livery.
It's because apparently customers identify Stagecoach by the circular livery, rather than specific colours, so they're trying to find a way to have the whole circle on rather than local's part circle.

This was edited on BusTimes to match the current livery and the usual tools denied it and put back into London Red and tried to say it "made no sense". I've edited it again to match current livery attaching the link to your photo to prove it.

Just a local dweeb. There's enough of them around. Ironic because you don't have to sign up to see it unlike Discord or the little cult Facebook pages which are not public.

I know, that's what I was thinking about having to make an account, I've looked through the forum plenty of times signed out. Oh well, let them be their miserable selves.

Yeah there's some who a bit power crazy because they can edit some buses on a website. Each to their own though.

I was the one who made the change, I work at the depot so know what gets repainted and when. At the time I made the initial change on bus times the bus did not have the rest of the livery fitted. I didn’t take photos as it’s not worth getting in trouble for sharing internal info like that without consent.

I thought a decision was supposed to be made by the end of November so god knows what’s happening. 19435 is currently having the megabus branding removed and I doubt that’ll be going back out in beachball so I wonder what that’ll be painted in to.
