I know a certain someone who's obsessed with single deckers on the 37/38's for some odd reason and says if he ever worked at Stagecoach he'd refuse to drive a double decker unless it has NSA's and would also refuse any bus that isn't an MX plate. I mean, that is one way to get the sack more-or-less instantly!

Was there any rail strikes or outages today? Slatyford only seem to put double deckers on when the trains are off.

(Yesterday, 9:10 am)Brampton Trev wrote Maybe it was Hexham and other schools finishing early, e.g lunchtime, which would catch a Slatyford westbound working at lunchtime - normally the Carlisle based bus at afternoon schools out time is a full double decker.
Or simply more people out shopping.
