New Metro fleet enters customer service on the Sunderland line | nexus.org.uk
An item on Railforums states that diagram T102 is the diagram involved. It is Monday to Friday only for the time being.

Exactly 2 months after it entered service on the Yellow Line

It tells u to mind the step when exit the train

Also they had to move it to platform 1. This is due to i believe where the metro at Sunderland on platform 2 is on a curve so it would be kinda dangerous for passengers

I can't comment on all the platforms or what the issue is but Sunderland's platforms are straight from what I can remember being down there especially 1, 3 and 4. I've never waited near 2 so can't comment on that one.

It's the Stadium of Light which has the curved platform.

Platform 2 you had to step up from the door to platform lots of people didn't notice that while usually because they were looking at the phone and end up tripping over.

It's a slight curve but werid they move the metro to platform 1 a day before the 555 enter service

Aye wonder if the level boarder which comes out was having issues on the front door possibly and hitting the platform edge?

Could see how it could be an issue.
