According to Companies House the other Director resigned in May.

Aye, might still be involved though. It's not exactly the best thing to have hanging over the business tbh, wouldn't be surprised if he's still there though.

Yeah Lloyd has nothing to do with it. They fell out basically from what I remember. Tbh, if you think Lloyd's bad (I've met him a few times and hes alright although tbh 'bus driver is a massive racist' should not be news to anyone who works inbthis industry), then Fairchild's arguably worse overall but I have to keep my button shut on that front.
