Stagecoach Sunderland is the same.

I'm on the 16 and doesn't even look like its been cleaned, floors are sticky as out and the seats are full of crumbs.

Shame, its like they don't care anymore.

I occasionally get a first run of the 21 and it's normally flooded inside where it looks like someone has tipped and bucket of water on the floor then mopped for about 10 seconds - like a deathtrap. Upstairs never seems to be cleaned

I understand that cleaning has now been brought back in house - use to be ISS
