It's worrying if vindictive written complaints are going in. Having spent most of my working career on the trade union side, I know all too well the damage and anxiety that this causes the target of the "complaint". Companies of course often have no option but to investigate these "complaints", but I'd really hope that some start to look at the history and take some proper action and defend their staff.

95% of the time I'm happy to make time for people, and make a big effort to get on with folk and socialise, but it's things like this that take me back to having zero desire to actually get involved. Hence why I tend to just do my own thing if I can.

In the last few weeks there have been pretend emails supposedly sent by Nexus Staff, with very corse language, in an effort to get those Nexus staff into trouble; not to mention a number of complaints which were proved to be total rubbish, including speeding accusations and attempting to run enthusiasts over accusations too. Each one is proved to be total rubbish. We've been here before with some people.

I'm not defending anyone, but if you're going to pretend to be an official member of staff from Nexus, Go North East or whatever, at least try and make it reasonably convincing. It just makes you look stupid when people can work out exactly who are within a matter of seconds! Not just wasting their own time, but also the time of the companies who should really be spending their time dealing with the operation of their business and complaints/praises from actual customers.

One of my favourite things to do in the past was to prank people, I once worked for a telesales company when I was 17, I only lasted a few days as I was a shite salesman and ended up getting sacked with 2 weeks extra pay for there trouble, I was supposed to go through phone books and me and my mate ended up looking for funny names and ended up pranking people because I was so bad at selling double glazing my favourite being phoning a Mr A Squirrel...It was not spelt that way, but however it was spelt, that was how it was pronounced, so after I asked him if he was A Squirrel, I proceeded to ask him...That's good, I need to know one thing...Where's your nuts hidden ...

I never did anything to intentionally get people into trouble, although I ended up in trouble myself, another favourite of mine when I was at college was taking the Daily Spurt in and phoning up massage parlors/brothels and escorts services and as I was doing performing arts, a few of us even turned it into a sketch with characters, I played a pure filthbag and an ugly little virgin(I was an ugly lump, though not little nor a virgin), we had a old widower, a gay lad and a kinky lesbian, those were the days...

I'll leave it at that I have gone off topic enough lol

Walked straight past Jesmond today to see if anything new was in the doorway. Turned out to just be E400 - NK64EES and and Streelite - NK64EEF.

In the few moments I spent walking past, that bloke that looks like an alcoholic was stumbling out of the depot doors, having just got a shot of the Streetlite. Another lad in a tracksuit came from the other direction, camera out of his bag, and straight into the depot for a shot of the E400 and the one behind it.

I can't actually believe the audacity of some folk. Seeing as Arriva are nice enough to leave the front doors open, there's more than enough space, whilst still on public property, to get a shot of the buses on view. The same people would be the first to complain if they had an accident whilst inside the depot.

She again asks me move on as I am Trespassing and then goes down the Terrorism Route, I then I replied and I quote, "Shouldn't you be in the Bus Station assisting Passengers or Something, Not on a Public Footpath outside the Bus Station accusing me of being a Terrorist because I am taking Photos of Buses", she then walked away with no reply to that at all.

I was there not even a Minute and she came over, she was standing next to the entrance to the Metro, obviously seen and recognized me as I walked past, and decided to slowly follow me to where I was standing.

what colour hair did she have was it Brown? if so probs was Julie but if anything like that happens again i would complain and I can automatically rule you out for being the worlds most wanted terrorist looks like Nexus are becoming more strict now e.g i never use Gateshead any more for photos cause Nexus are always mean towards me or any others that's why I use the alternative and that's Newcastle Nexus are not bad there compared to Four Lane Ends, Gateshead and Park Lane so if Nexus do not respond i would keep trying and trying

I was only there for 10 Minutes before heading home as I had been to the Eye Infirmary, so isn't that bad unlike Bazza who spends his life at Haymarket/Eldon Square , but I do try mix it up a bit so there is some variety.

Howay Aureolin, for there to be 5 of us, Nexus would of had to dispose of 2 of them, There was more than just 6 of them but they all split up and went to different spots, I would say there was 15-20 of them altogether, shame there was no Nexus Staff in sight to bare witness to all of us taking photos.

I think the article itself is a prime reason why Nexus shouldn't get their knickers in a twist over enthusiasts with cameras. Enthusiasts act as more pairs of eyes and ears, and are more likely to notice something than the odd Nexus supervisor, texting away on their phone out of boredom.

On a related note, I had to wait at the ticket barriers in Gateshead Interchange for no less than 60 seconds the other day - thanks to a 'checky' being on his own, and not paying any attention to customers waiting to get through the barriers, texting away...

He let us all through when a middle-aged bloke started huffing and blowing, before grunting, "The Metro is due in two minutes. Let us through."

I was walking through Park Lane this afternoon and someone was taking photos in the bus station, not of buses but the actual interchange itself, this annoyed me because nothing was said and also I was walking through that way at the time and I will have ended up in his photo which I didn't wish to be in and ended up covering my face to avoid being photographed. I know I can't really talk as I take bus photos with people on-board who may not want to be photographed. I am fine with appearing in bus photos but I don't know what that photo was for, it could end up being used anywhere, I don't want to see my picture pop up if say someone was attacked in Park Lane as people may assume I was involved.

But at the same time people on board buses don't know what your photo is for. It works both ways I'm afraid..

I am of the opinion that if I take photos of buses and people show up in my pics, then who am I to moan about myself getting included in someone elses picture...if I see someone pointing cameras I will simply step out of the shot.

As for Nexus' no photo on there land rule, I dont understand it, as long as your not jumping in front of buses or being a general nuisance then I dont see a problem
