All the Vykings had LED screens but I think some were taken out and replaced with flipdots with the Presidents that were branded for 'The Angel' 21 (at the time) and the Pronto's gaining the front LED from some of the Vykings.

The flipdots will possibly get replaced eventually I'd imagine.

As I've already mentioned, I'm really pleased about this. But I've only just now learnt that Emma Hignett is actually from County Durham!
All those times I've listened to iBus announcements in London, I'd never have guessed she was from the North East.   Smile

Moderation note: I've removed a series of posts around the need to be 'first'. It'll be dealt with as a moderation issue.

Don't be offended if your post has been removed, as I felt it was easier to remove all, rather than just some.

They do!, shes does a great job.

Is it in the contract that GNE aren't allowed to accept Buzzfare tickets or has GNE just done it on their own accord. (accord the right word?)

Thanks Michael, is there a chance of 9106 not doing the X81/185/681 tomorrow as they seem to be the only way ro get it, do any other buses go where the 185 goes?

Which will be the first routes to feature her?
And while I'm firing NSA questions, do you know roughly when Cobalt Clipper, Citylink 58 and Quaylinks will be changed to Emma's voice?

Cheers Smile

One of those edificated Geordies!

Can I add to the recommendation to ride the AD122? - even if you just stay on for the round trip - though best to choose a day when it's not typical Steel Rigg weather (it usually manages to snow whenever we take visitors there).

It must have been a challenging life for the Centurions, dressed in short skirts and sandals.
Has 6307 arrived yet?

Also when will 7124 enter service?

The news about 7124's arrival is on the GNE fleet PDF, it hasn't been put on the news yet, as no doubt Dan has been busy with work and having a social life! Tongue

No - 6307 still in Ireland. All other StreetDecks now branded.

7124 delivered last Friday and has already entered service, as has 9104.

I will get round to the news tomorrow when I go on the laptop.

Well, had the news been updated fully, I can assure that you wouldn't have asked at least 1 of those questions.

I think they had the same rules, last year. It's largely out of area, isn't it?

That's why they never got as far as Scotland. Not for the nesh.
When will the livery for the Percy Main solos be released? And when are they expected to arrive and be in service?
What will the pronto presidents replace when the streetdecks arrive
