I suppose if they had a graphic designer they probably would’ve managed to fit their entire logo into their Twitter profile pic rather than cutting most of it off.
Doesn’t exactly give the ...
best impression.

6004 has reentered service this morning after repaint and seat retrim and 8311 reentered service yesterday after repaint
Wonder if the Q3 will get the Citylink 58 Versa's, like someone suggested the other day with the 58 getting the Toonlink decker + 2 from another batch, going in to GNE livery until, they get the 2nd batch of electric buses (if its still happening, as they still have the funding)
So:
5379-5388 - Q3
5377/78 - spare
Deckers on the 58

Doesn't even look like all the branding has been completed on this one before sending it back out. Looking a bit on the bare side between the two windows.

Most of them could’ve had advert frames applied. Bring in a little extra income.

There’s very little advertising revenue available at the moment - not many businesses will really want to advertise their products during the height of a pandemic where footfall is vastly reduced.

I'm not sure what the numbers are like on the 58 atm but 8339 - 8346 could be an option for the time being on the 58 if they're being put on the Q3 (nothing confirmed). I think the capacity difference will only be about 2 anyway (with Covid restrictions) compared to the Versa's on now.

Good shout, I forgot about the Streetlites - as it would be 8 for 8.

What's the capacity for the Streetlites and Citaro's?
What citaros...? 58boperated by LWB versas. Only citaros due to be withdrawn are the 07 and ex-bluestar citaros?

I've noticed up here that First are using advertising space to advertise their app (see below), anything similar in the works from GNE? While ad revenue is down it seems a good opportunity to increase passenger awareness of the app/contactless, or any features that they may be unaware of (i.e seat tracking).
I've also noticed up here in the past few days a plethora of PlayStation adverts (again see below), though only on deckers and I don't think there are too many ad-carrying deckers left in the GNE fleet now? I think that PlayStation advert is possibly the first actual new advertisement I've seen on a bus for months.

Hope they end up looking as good as the timetable
I saw the Streetlite with the red wheels yesterday evening. It looked like they'd been borrowed from some small time independent from out in the sticks.
Was there actually any mention from official GNE channels of that being done for remembrance day, or did a cheeky Saltmeadows apprentice just wonder what red wheels would look like?

Christ, that looks worse than I expected. Why does the swoop go so low down? It looks very awkward
Hopefully once the vinyls are applied it looks better

Very smart!
Can't wait to see the livery.

Isn't that the one they added the vinyl over the 2016 livery to make it the 2019 because they couldn't get panels to line up?

Thought so, the red vinyl doesn't quite match at the top so you can see the join!
5385/5386 are back following repaint -

As mentioned in my post on the Voltra thread about no consistency here is another example with "QuayCity", notice the much deep black swoop than the one on the "Voltra" vehicles.
Looking at the photo's of the new E400's for the X84/X85, I noticed 5299 was at SM, is it getting repainted or withdrawn?
