I literally said yesterday that I would love to see an Optare Solo SR in a Voyager livery

Please excuse my ignorance, what's Voyager?

I would of loved to see a solar in Voyager livery,shame theyve all gone now

Voyager is mainly the private hire side of Go North East, also known as Northern Coaching.

I'd like to see more vehicles within the private hire of Northern Coaching in the OK Livery, there going overkill with this Voyager Malarkey.

It’s the name people may spot and search for if they need bus/coach hire, ...only to find it’s not actually the company name. So, I’m not sure either....

I presume this is the spare for the Washington minibus network. Won't be surprised if when 715 goes back to Consett Whenever that may be it'll be the H2 bus.

Does anyone know what's currently in for repaint?, The GNE fleet update, normally gives us an update but it hasn't been update since end of March.

It seems they do it every month now

No I think there giving the brand Peterlee Locals as mentioned in the GNE entuistast (sorry for bad spelling) page

Good to hear. 

654 (653 for even longer) been painted a few weeks now.

Prob call them Little Bishops or Little Lilacs.

Peterlee locals brand doesn’t really do what’s written on the tin , especially when the solos operate in other areas like Seaham/murton and Durham , probably be little purples to compliment the x9/x10 purple branded xlines or service 55 could go the same way as the 4 with branding.

Should of done the solos under the OK Way brand with service 55 under OK Travel brand, as OK had the depot at Peterlee , seems the only brand GNE wants to keep is the old bus company venture brand

We had a similar discussion not too long ago iirc. Is 'Peterlee Locals' not just the holding name for the time being?

I'm sure that was mentioned in the entuistast page a while ago it was just a place holder name. Maybe they have decided to stick with it

I see 8332 & 8333 have been replaced at washington by 5335/5336. Will the versas be repainted before going back to riverside?

Doesn’t arriva (United) still own the Peterlee panther brand? , also the services run In Seaham, murton and Durham city.

Should of branded then OK many years ago similar to the Venture brand

Arriva haven't trademarked it, so GNE could use it as they wish.

Just saw what looked like one of GNE's solos fresh from repaint driving up the A1 past the Angel on test, it had a red rear and what looked like either a dark grey or black front.
Initially I thought it was a GCT Nexus branded, but it looked like it was ready for a road stripe?

To be fair, it could have easily been pink and dark purple, it was pissing it down when we went past! Although, if Best Impressions had anything to do with it, they'd have just copied and pasted it

Probably Peterlee solos as there are getting painted dark purple and lilac

I'm certain it wasn't that, it had the brighter colour on the back half, with the darker colour on the front
