I don't hate the dark blue, I think it just needs something to break up the dullness

Reminds me of York's awful Park & Ride livery which is almost invisible in the dark.

Entered service today

Midnight Blue has been officially launched, at least internally. Features include nationally standardised fleetnumber placement and internal messaging;
The solid cover avoiding the skirt means it's quicker and easier to do repairs (and probably less conspicuous);
The side logo vynils are reflective;
The way it's worded implies everything will be receiving e-leather seating and new flooring but I doubt we'll see that.

27884  in Sunderland in service in new livery, sorry no photos as I didn't have my phone handy as I was driving in opposite direction

19430 has also recieed it and 19683 went in yesterday.

10000 is outside the paint shop now.

Third vehicle in training livery is 36367

10000 being repainted again? It's not even a year since it went local.

Correct. Rubbed down and partially repanelled. Also has no glazing in the nearside lower deck windows.

26287 has just arrived at Slatyford in the new livery. Couldn’t get a photo as I was driving out of the depot (I work there) 12:45pm

Believe it’s currently working the 16:25 X47, though no destination screens were showing and it isn’t tracking.

Edit: Confirmed to be 26287.

Will one of Stockton new yutong buses get repaint in new livery if E200mmc and E300 are Leaving Stockton depot then is that right.

It's possible the main batch of 40 might be delivered in the new livery.

A bit off topic but looks like stagecoach are trying out a new font for their fleet numbers(for the north east, Ik they’re around everywhere but unusual to see fonts like that in the north east).but is there anything reason why they’re changing the fonts of the fleet codes?

No malice meant but I'd say it's more why are they still using it. The old font got scrapped 5 year ago, I don't really know why they're still using it on fleet numbers up here. The new numbers, haven't seen them, but I'll just assume it's the same as everywhere else, is the new standard font.
