These have the Sainsburys bus from Wrekenton and had a purple MPD on it.

I'd never heard of them. Have they had the contract long?

I think they've had the contract for a couple of months or so now. I regularly see a pink/black/white Plaxton Pointer 2 (V383 SVV), acquired from Blue Diamond, still in the Touchwood Connection livery minus the livery logos.

They also have another Plaxton Pointer 2, W208 DNO, which still carries the Rotala Central Connect livery, again minus company names/logos.
I'm assuming it's these guys?

Less said about that website the better eh? Angel
Thanks to tyresmoke who solved the mystery on the "North East Independents" Facebook group - PCL Travel appear to be selling ex-Astro T313JWA.

Seen on the Team Valley Sainsbury's shuttle today is an ALX200 that looks as if it's in a debranded McGill's livery. Never managed to get ID

Providing PCL Travel haven't retrieved more than one, this was P363DSA as can be seen here.

Is a similar livery I give you that. Quite decent little thing, sounded great. Fantastic to see a B6 still in action.

P363DSA.
Ex-31363 of Stagecoach, left the group in 2011 for Heartlands under the reg of HSV658.
Just doing a bit of research into these guys and they seem to have a number of older coaches too.
Does anyone know if they still have V383SVV?

Just to keep you up to date...
P363DSC is a Volvo B6BLE, PLZ3055 I believe (from what I can find) got sold... as for PAZ2531, this is how it ended up: http://www.flickr.com/photos/33944268@N07/4489608359/

That should (according to my list) give you P363, W208, CCZ6058 and PUI9499 operational.
Another new addition here is Mercedes Vario HBZ4676 which has done the rounds a bit, formerly with Low Fell then Caris got it and now it's ended up with PCL Travel, just found it parked up in Wealcroft estate

Plaxton body on it, white with blue/red swirl - same livery it's had for a while, just minus the Caris Coaches titles... Dan got a shot of it recently

Minus 'CARIS COACHES' name now though. More recent photo of it (October) above.

Thanks very much! I see the Darts have gone then...
Would appear Dart W208DNO is with City Sprinter in Glasgow.
PCL seem to have acquired a Volkswagen/Bluebird minibus, registered SF08 GLJ. It's been operating the Team Valley Sainsbury's shuttle for the past week or so.
pcl travel alx200 is in the car wash place on victoria road east parked at the back.

W208DNO is now with Meridian Bus in Northampton.
Van Hool BAZ7053 has been acquired from Priory Coaches. I expect they've had it a while but nobody seems to report their fleet very often so they must hide quite well!
If anyone can have a look for me, they've got two registered yards and 11 o-licences...

It appears that PCL have not yet acquired a suitable vehicle for their new NCC contract work as the 808 and 613 were being served by a Walton's Luxury Travel, Vario yesterday.

Indeed I went to photo the PM 808 on Monday and a Waltons Vario turned up then too.

PCL are now using a Mercedes Sprinter Mellor PN06 FJC on their NCC contract work. This vehicle was recently with The Eden of West Auckland.

So much for low floor operation - this was on the 808 last night.

THe Sprinter as it looks like the only Low-Floor vehicle in the fleet.

This is what should be on the 808, plus their other services.
