(13 Dec 2015, 4:44 pm)Kuyoyo wrote [ -> ]With thanks to the West Yorkshire Information Service, the arrival of new Volvo B5TL/Wright Gemini 3 for the 36 in early 2016 (photo @ Donrobni), the current Volvo B7TLs (and single Volvo B9TL) will be reallocated as followed:
Five of 3601-12 (X1-12 VTD, YJ53 CZY, YC53 MXN/MXM/MXP/MXR/MXO/MXT/MXU/MXV/MXY/MXX/MXW) will be transfeering to York depot for a new 'CityZap' branded service between York and Leeds, express style. The rest, along with 3614 (X14 VTD, PO55 PYP)
B9TL 3613 (BF62 UXZ) will be transferred to Malton depot, where it will join sisters 425-9 (BF62 UXV/W/X/Y, BF62 UYL) on Coastliner services (presumably renumbered 430)
Transdev's pair of Elecrice Optare Solo SR EVs YD63 VDA and YJ14 BCK have now transferred from Harrogate to York (where YD63 VDA was new for the ub1).
New details from the same source:
- Five of 3601-12 are moving to York for 'CityZap', the remaining 7 are to move to Keighley
- 3613/4 are both now staying at Harrogate as spares for the 36, 3613 has already been repainted into the revised Black/Red Livery
- The B5TLs are numbered 3615-28
- The two Electric Solo SRs remain at Harrogate, however they don't have any regular work
- Keighley's former Coastliner B7RLE 451-6 are listed as due a refurbishment for the 66 (Keighley-Skipton) along with 1843
- The three Dennis Tridents purchased from Nottingham City Transport (new to First London) listed for conversion to open top and Electric for York's City Sightseeing Operations are 2011 (LN51 GKD), 2013 (LN51 GKG) and 2015 (LT52 WXJ).
Worth mentioning they go into service this Friday - if I remember right on service 11

Barnsley's are indeed for their service 11. Rawmarsh's are for the 22x (Rotherham-Barnsley)
Just returning to the 36 for a second...
As pointed out by Kuyoyo, 3613 has been repainted to act as one of the spares (alongside 3614) for service 36. However, are my eyes deceiving here?
3613:

New B5TL:

As can clearly be seen, 3613 is carrying a two tone red base livery while the B5TLs are red and black (like the current 36 livery). Can somebody shed some light on this please?
I think it's likely they will be branded generically, allowing use on 770/771 routes via Wetherby too

The branding suits the Enviro200MMCs really well... looks quite smart.
