Hexham 'regularly' send out their spare before the incoming vehicle arrives - it keeps the schedules on time.
By regularly I mean that I seem to see it happening most times that I am in Hexham.

Chances are, the driver used the wrong destination code.
The evening/Sunday journeys operated by Angel Hybrids should use destination code X21E, though a number of drivers still continue to use normal X21 destinations.

Do buses have to be limited to 50mph to claim the BSOG grant?
I know the E200MMC with the ZF AS-Tronic Gearboc qualifys for BSOG but is not limited to 50.
