Mobitec only programme whatever they have been told to. It's not as easy as pointing the finger at Mobitec, I'm afraid, Kuyoyo.
From experience, they're a cracking set of lads, and really helpful. My contact at McKenna Brothers has never mis-spelt something yet (and why would he, if it's a simple copy and paste from an e-mail job?)
Operators don't get the opportunity to look at them first - the first time would be on the bus itself. But whoever has uploaded it really ought to have gone through every display just to be on the safe side (I know I do!) and if there were any mistakes, McKenna Brothers would have amended it and sent a revised file back, probably within the hour.
Seems to have been quite a rushed job to get this StreetDeck on the road, probably because it spent its first few days of the loan period doing nothing at Ashington. Hopefully they obtain some useful data from it - I'm sure Wrightbus will be keen on securing more orders in the North East.
