Will we finally see the 33 and 39 branded this month? haha
No - Deptford's PVR increases by 6 this weekend, so no vehicles will be withdrawn.
I am unsure when service 33 and 39 will be branded, but ex-Thames Travel Solo 698 has been repainted into the same red base livery as the new Solo SR on service 33 and the Scania L94s on service 39. Perhaps the reason why they haven't been branded yet relates to the fact it'll be a launch of the network as a whole, when all services which are going to be encompassed within this brand have the appropriate vehicle allocation ready? I keep saying there's a reason for everything happening (or not happening, in this case!) which mightn't be clear to enthusiasts on the outside looking in!
Washington's PVR reduction (as a result of the Monday - Friday daytime frequency of service X1 being reduced from 10 minutes to 12) will allow a Volvo B7TL to transfer to Stanley, enabling the withdrawal of a further Volvo Olympian from the fleet.

5248/9 to Washington (presumably - 5248 for definite) and 4963/4 to Deptford is the 4 vehicles so the B10s shouldn't be going anywhere yet.
Yes, that's right.
The arrival of 5248 and 5249 at Washington will allow 4961 and 4962 to transfer to Deptford from Washington. This allows a standardisation of vehicle types at Washington, and most services will have one of the same type which provides consistency for passengers too, when the branded vehicles are unfit for service.
